Accessibility statement
This is an accessibility statement for Picadeli. Here we describe any known accessibility issues, how we plan to address them, and how you can contact us if you discover any problems.
We aim to ensure that our website or digital service can be perceived, operated, and understood by as many users as possible – regardless of ability or assistive technologies used. Our goal is to achieve basic digital accessibility by following recognized guidelines.
Documents
Some documents in PDF or other formats may not be fully accessible. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of such documents.
Certain documents are displayed via third-party providers, which may cause limitations in the accessibility of the viewer.
Color contrasts
Some color combinations on the website may have insufficient contrast, affecting readability for certain users. We are planning to review our visual design to ensure proper use of color for accessibility.
Video and media
Published videos are generally not audio described. However, we strive to ensure that the content is understandable even without audio description. Where necessary, audio-described versions are produced. Most videos are provided via third-party platforms, which may have limitations in accessibility.
What we are doing to improve accessibility
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our digital service. Planned actions include:
- Reviewing website content over time (e.g., older documents)
- Updating color schemes and contrasts
- Evaluating video players
- Regular accessibility testing and training for content editors
